All holsters EFA are meant for holding in one's belt and quick coming to full alertness of the gun using one hand. The main difference from all existent holsters is that the pistol is positioned in the holster EFA at an absolutely secure condition (there is no cartridge in a cartridge chamber and it placed for safety lock) and by taking out from the holster the pistol automatically takes away from safety lock and chamber a cartridge to a cartridge chamber. At that the time is necessary for bringing pistol to a fighting position and shot itself is reduced to 0,4 seconds.

Holsters EFA are produced from a unique by its strengthening and chemical characteristics, thermoplastic Armamid PA SV. This material is possessed of such characteristics as a high harshness, strength, percussive viscosity, low constant of friction and wear factor, efficiency at a temperature from -60 °С to +150 °С.
At the same time holster EFA has a simple and safe fixation of a pistol in it, and it is comfortable for using it from a sitting and lying positions.
An opportunity of modification for the different models of pistols and submachine guns is provided.

EFA -1

Model EFA-1 is an efficient holster of reset action, assigned for bearing in one's belt and quick coming to full alertness of the guns Makarov (PM), IZH -71, IZH79-9T "Makarych", using one hand. For taking a gun out of holster it is necessary to move ahead a gun down up to the stop with sharply pressure for a hilt, and then take it out of holster with a quick movement upward. At that a gun will be taken away from safety lock, a cock will be raised and a cartridge will be in a cartridge-chamber. In case if there is a cartridge in a cartridge chamber already, it will be thrown out through a window for cartridge extraction.

EFA-1M

Model EFA-1M is a shot-cut analogue of model EFA-1. As a fastening, Tek-Lock clip or a clip with an opportunity of tuning by gradient corner may be used. EFA-1M is even more suitable by secretly arm bearing.

EFA-2

Model EFA-2 is an efficient holster of transparent action, assigned for bearing in one's belt and quick coming to full alertness of the guns Makarov (PM), IZH -71, IZH79-9T "Makarych", using one hand.

For taking a gun out of holster it is necessary to move ahead a gun down up to its absolute leaving of a holster with sharply pressure for a hilt. At that a gun will be taken away from safety lock, a cock will be raised and a cartridge will be in a cartridge-chamber. EFA-2M

Model EFA-2M is a short-cut analogue of model EFA-2. As a fastening, Tek-Lock clip or a clip with an opportunity of tuning by gradient corner may be used. EFA-2M is even more suitable by secretly arm bearing.

EFA-3

Model EFA-3 is a holster of reset action, assigned for bearing at outer closing and quick coming to full alertness of the guns SIG-Sauer P232, Makarov (PM), IZH -71, IZH79-9T "Makarych", using one hand.
Originality of this model lies in the following: pistol, taken up to a holster, has closed trigger staple, i.e. it is completely safe from external action. Because of this feature a holster EFA-3 is more complete at a safety point and may be used as a regular holster of policemen and other special forces.
A way of taking out of a pistol is similar with model EFA-1.




All these holsters were compexly tasted at a special forces of Federal Security Office of Bashkortostan Republic and Chelyabinsk region, Governance of drugs fighting, Head Governance of material-technical provision of MVD of Russia rear office and at IZHMASH factory (manufacturer of Makarov pistols). All the above - mentioned organizations gave positive ratings only.
At a present time in addition to models for Makarov there are modifications for SIG-Sauer P232, Beretta 92FS, Glock 17. All the above-mentioned and many other models may be produced for any types and models of pistols with bolting carriage.

A Direct Action Closed Type Holster «EFA-4»:

The «EFA-4» holster is used for carrying and high-speed loading a pistol with use of one hand. This holster is meant for such marks of pistols as the Makarov pistol (PM), IZH-71, IZH-79-9T, «MAKARYCH».
Due to originality of the model, extraction of the pistol is made by a usual simple movement of one hand like in case with a classic holster. The model provides the highest speed of making a pistol ready for action.

Pic. 1: The pistol is in the holster. It is automatically secured. The interlock is on, cartridge is in the charger.
Pic. 2, Pic. 3: The pistol is been extracting by a usual movement (like in case with a classic holster). Automatically an interlock goes free, meanwhile a cartridge moves into the cartridge chamber and a cock is been raised.

—the interlock is free;
—a cartridge is in the cartridge chamber;
—the cock is raised.

Note: If there is a cartridge in the cartridge chamber it will be thrown out through a special aperture on the holster body and the pistol will be charged with the new cartridge. The pistol can be also drawn out without recharging.
